Erin is a true Howard County native, growing up in Ellicott City and graduating from Marriotts Ridge. She went on to get her Bachelors degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Towson University. She found a love in food and hospitality after starting to work in restaurants at a young age, ultimately moving up the ranks to become the General Manager of a local Italian restaurant for 5 years. Erin started her career in real estate after having a less than perfect experience buying her own home. Rebecca was born and raised in Howard County, Maryland, allowing her to better serve clients moving into the state - knowing the ins and outs of the area. In her previous professional life, she spent 10 years in the IT world as a project manager and help desk technician. Now, she thrives on building lasting relationships with her clients and creating an experience out of buying or selling homes that is everlasting and memorable. As a military spouse, she enjoys helping veterans use their benefits to the fullest and making sure they are knowledgeable about the home buying process. Rebecca also assists the team with offers, compliance, and the contract to close process.
